Perl Unix Developer - Philadelphia, PA 6 to 12 month contract - hire over
the phone (Fortune 100 Financial Client)
5+ years of programming with an object oriented language
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years OO programming in Perl
C++ programming experience
Bash shell scripting
Exp with file transmission protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, FTP, NDM)
Scripting exp with an interpreted language (eg. Perl, Python, Ruby, VB)
Exp using CVS or other revision control applications
Ability to plan and accomplish work independently
Demonstrated strong analysis and problem solving skills
Preferred skills:
Knowledge of lockbox and receivables information delivery system (RIDS)
platform
FreeBSD Unix and Red Hat Linux System Administration including
virtualization
