Capacity to rapidly identify issues pertaining to various business innovation project, communicate those issues immediately and work them to resolution. Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams. Must be a self-starter and a proactive team-player, working quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints. Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse processes and systems. Ability to multi-task in an environment with often conflicting priorities. Effective organization and administrative skills to take notes, document status report, create presentations, perform analysis and organize content to share with other team members . Background in working on technology projects is preferred.
