you more effectively explain your system, prioritize, and
plan your releases in this interactive workshop. Pizza and beer will be

"The Value of Story Mapping"

This session will teach you to build a story map and learn how this tool
can help you do release and iteration planning, visualize the entire
backlog, target areas for backlog refinement with respect to prioritization
and story splitting, and explain the deliverable to stakeholders.

David is the Corporate IT Director in the Title Product Group at First
American Title where he is leading the adoption of Agile software practices
throughout First American Family of Companies as an Agile Coach. David has
been a presenter and panelist at the Orange county chapters of Agile SoCal,
Agile Leadership Network and Rally's "Rally on the Rocks". He is a
Certified Scrum Master and Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
