Hey Chris, Not sure if anyone has replied to you off list or not, but I’d be happy to meet with you Friday afternoon or Monday and spend an hour seeing what the issue is. I’ve have several successful Delayed Job on Heroku installs, so we may be able to just fix it or at least get you back on the right track. If not, then we should at least know more about the problem and can give you some idea of what it might cost to get it fixed.
