We are looking for a mid-level (|| senior) Ruby on Rails Engineer to join 
our team that constantly delivering new, innovative, enterprise-level, and 
most importantly exciting products for fast growing market.
 
More specifically, we are looking for...
 
Someone who:
is a self-starter & constantly keeps up with the latest development and 
engineering trends,
is open to a dynamic agile environment and willing to continuously improve 
it,
is a good collaborator (e.g open continuous code integration),
is a team player with good communication skills.

Someone who has significant experience in:
* Ruby on Rails development,
* at least one additional: Python, Perl, Java, or Objective-C,
* OOP,
* all levels of codebase, front-end to back-end to DB and everything in 
between,
* front-end scripting and friendly UI implementations,
* database (PostgreSQL or MySQL),
* support tools for:  deployment / content delivery / queuing / monitoring.

Someone who has following will be first-served:
* Rails ecosystem setup/management experience,
* Systems-level knowledge of Linux,
* Experience in distributed architecture, scaling, multithreading,
* Security knowledge,
* Performance minded problem solving/coding techniques 
(caching/memorization),
* BS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
