I can improve your code quality. What are the most needed areas for improvement in your code base? Have you had external reviews and discussions on code quality and workflow improvements? I'm available for a consult. I can handle infrastructure/workflow improvements. Are you looking to integrate Docker or Vagrant with configuration management tooling but don't know where to start? I understand out-of-the-box solutions don't work for every team or product. I know many problems can be solved without writing a single line of code. I've worked with Ruby since 2006 and Rails since 2007 (1.2.x) at companies as large as Sony and as small as a three person startup.
