Hi Guys,

Its important to keep an open and cordial community. @Guyren is running a
new startup, which is complex enough. As a small note, it is often best to
advertise specific projects like this as a clear statement of work rather
than a remote employee/contractor basis. For example: "$5k for a small
batch of unit tests using Selenium / Capybara, remote is fine, small
startup" would do. The year long salary may not be relevant, and in this
case it may have come across in a way you did not intend. Good luck with
your search!
