Developers to join a small and agile developement team. The team is
building a mobile web platform to tech enable a geographically diverse
workforce. The developer will report directly to Sr. Director of Software
Engineering and Architecture. If you are interested in onsite or remote

Skills & Requirements
*Responsibilities*
* Learn everything there is to know about our workforce, and deliver tech
solution to best enable them.
* Be a member of team that owns, builds and delivers enhancements to KBS
web platform, from end to end.
*Qualifications*
* 3+ years experience in Ruby on Rails 4.x
* 2+ years using Javascript frameworks, (React, Ember, Angular)
* Affection for TDD and refactoring using test frameworks (rspec, cucumber)
* Mastery of git/GitHub and branch workflow
* HTML5/CSS3 knowledge turning out attractive responsive design
* Know enough SQL such that you seek and destroy N+1 queries
* (If remote) Stay tightly integrated with the team while working remotely
* Breeze through fast paced, incremental delivery environment
* Embrace agile practices with use of tracking software (Pivotal Tracker)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or demonstrable
past work (i.e. open source) that impresses us
Pluses
* Hands-on experiences with AWS and Linux (Amazon, CentOS)
* Ability to design attractive, practical and useable UI
* Experiences with any JVM language (Java, Scala, Clojure)
* Experiences with iOS/Android app development
