This event has traditionally been volunteer constrained so we're asking for
volunteers of any and all groups, men, women, anywhere in between and
neither.  Skill level for volunteers is also broad. To be super clear here
if you've been doing Rails for even a few months you can potentially be a
super valuable volunteer here.

For men wanting to attend as students, I recommend signing up for the
meet-up group.  Finding a friend to bring with you is ideal, but making a
new friend and coming as their guest is also cool.
