After last night's SD Ruby meeting I had a conversation about the current hiring environment for Rails and Ruby devs in San Diego. There seems to be a cyclical demand for mid- to senior-level developers but it's not obvious to me where we are in the cycle right now.
Do you know of a company that actively seeks out Ruby and/or Rails developers? These could be large corporations (Qualcomm has Rails dev positions), small companies, consultancies, digital agencies -- any organization that offers full-time employment for capable developers. Please respond to this thread with the name of the company, their location, and the positions they are currently or regularly need to fill.
