Kevin, how do you want to handle this. I can talk about the web-services side of things and you can talk about the routes/controller/theory side of things... or you can take them both. =) What do you think? If a bunch of people want to watch a RailsConf video, we could do that, but I'd really rather see live performances. =) Also, if you'd like to demo an app/lib you're working on (even if it's in the early stages), we can always work that in.
