I just wanted to send out a quick reminder to everyone about the
presentation meeting this Thursday (Sep 7) to be held at UCSD. If you're
new to the group, we encourage you to stop by and meet everyone.
I've spent some time over the last few days on a little side project, so
I'd also like to give a micro-presentation about that entitled "Fixtures
are dead, long live fixtures!". Should be exciting.
Kevin and Chris will be giving a talk about REST and Rails, and my main
talk will be on my natural language date and time parser, Chronic. We'll
have time at the end for show and tell if anyone would like to give a
short demo of what they're working on.
