The Numbers presentation (and others from that month) were recorded at a lower resolution than the ones from future months. It was the first time using a new program and we were just getting the hang of the options that night. The recordings are being done with a program called VirtualDub. Chris does his magic on them to make them available as podcasts. I don't know what is involved in that transformation.
