BTW, while I recommend restful_authentication, there isn't a log of difference between it and acts_as_authenticated. What's "restful" about it is the controller naming and structure, rather than any particular functionality. I think it might only require edge b/c of its use of map.resources for the routes.

restful_authentication looks awesome, but it requires Edge Rails. Looking to do a fairly big deployment in ~ 6 weeks.

Is Edge Rails stable enough to run a production app on? (By stable, I mean usable... without crazy bugs popping up every 5 minutes.)
