Hey Rick, Sorry, since we booked for the full summer I forgot that I needed to ask you about reserving the room. The 4th floor room should work for next month, but after that can we schedule for the next 6 months or year? We've got momentum and a good number of members so it isn't going anywhere.

The 4th floor conference room Bill was going to move the meeting to tonight looks open the first Thursday of November. Let Bill or me know and either one of us can request the rooms.
