Have you tried iMovie to quicktime, then open it up in Quicktime pro and export as iPod? I don¹t use iMovie, but I have exported from Quicktime to iPod and it seems to pick up the correct dimensions. Thanks for the updates too!! Can¹t wait to see em. -=Randy
