What does the YUI CSS bring to the table? I've only taken a fairly cursory glance at the YUI libraries. We've used one or two of their controls, but that's about it.

Hi all, Thanks for the responses. I was more curious about the JavaScript stuff than CSS. The CSS part of it, to me, is almost a no-brainer. To me, YUI's got a lot going for it. Primarily, kick-ass documentation, a full time development team, an apparent high level of dedication, and Yahoo is willing to host the stuff for free. There's also Fork JavaScript, but, again, YUI has (ideological) advantages IMO. Regardless, I haven't used any of them enough to form a true opinion. I was just curious what others had discovered. Rails remains opinionated, and that's Ok, or even great. I'm just wondering if those opinions might steer a little more toward pragmatism in a few areas. --Steve _______________________________________________ Sdruby mailing list [email protected] http://lists.sdruby.com/mailman/listinfo/sdruby
