+1 on what Chris said.

For new to intermediate web developers (especially those using PHP), I think Coda will be great.

But, as a Rails developer, it's just not what I need. But that's okay. Different tools for different folks. (Though, as a long-time Panic user, I'm sad I won't be adding Coda to my toolset).

A lot of comments around the web seem to show that there's a health demand for Coda to better support the typical Rails deveoper's workflow. I've even emailed Coda about it, and apparently they have plans to go in that direction.

All in all, Coda looks like a great concept and a very well designed app. Just not really applicable to me right now. =/
