I'm writing a ruby script (no Rails) to parse an RSS feed using the
stdlib rss library. It's working fine, except that it's translating
most non-ascii characters (like single-quotes: & l s q u o ;) into
weird multibyte characters. Is there any easy way to deal with or
prevent this?
