I hesitate to through this to the group because it seems like it
should work and I'm just missing something simple...
I'm doing local development and running Mongrel (scripts/server). The
problem is URLs in CSS files are getting sent to Rials as controller/
action/... instead of being served as static files. In this case they
are background image files. Has any one run across this?
