SeaBIOS can run on real hardware, but only with the aid of coreboot. So, it's more an issue of getting coreboot running then getting SeaBIOS running. I'm not sure what the support of coreboot is for that particular motherboard. Alas, if the board is not supported then it is a huge development undertaking to get it to work.
