Seam should support Managed Transactions (Java EE EntityManager, or
HibernateSession) via an abstraction provided in the new persistence module.
Goals:
-- Allow declarative enabling/disabling of managed transactions.
-- Multi-transactional JSF lifecycle, use transaction from Before Restore View
to before Render Response, then another from before Render Response to after
Render Response.
