Just a note - not sure if it should be part of this or a different JIRA, but
currently the package org.jboss.seam.international.timezone is in place.
However, this is the package that references jodatime's DateTimeZone, I would
recommend renaming the package org.jboss.seam.international.datetimezone and
the classes in it AvailableDateTimeZones, DefaultDateTimeZoneProducer and
UserDateTimeZoneProducer.
