Richfaces UI components and placement of libs for EJB Tier

Any Richfaces UI component such as the org.richfaces.component.html.HtmlTree
that needs to be implemented in a Seam Action Class is not available from the
EJB tier. This is a very common requirement for customers that are building
Tree UIs. The Richfaces UI lib should be brought to the EAR level.
