I have a AfterDeploymentValidation observer that populates a Bundle from the DB
and it works fine in M4 but fails in Pete's beta1-AS.
The messages are OK in facelets but when added through an @Injected Messages
template, the builder fails to resolve the same bundle and I end up NPE that's
caught and I get the string representation of the bundle key.
