The FlashScopedContext unnecessarily adds a fid parameter into the query string
when only a single Flashcontext is active.
This patch implements a map of FlashContexts stored in the Session, and changes
the SeamExternalContext to not append a request parameter when there is only a
single FlashContext sotred in the Session.
