org.jboss.seam.ui.facelet.RendererRequest is hardcoded to use
DefaultResourceResolver to obtain Facelets instead of the ResourceResolver
passed in facelets.RESOURCE_RESOLVER context parameter which is passed via
web.xml
Below is a code excerpt from org.jboss.seam.ui.facelet.RendererRequest
protected Facelet faceletForViewId(String viewId) throws IOException
