Turns out that now a beans.xml in the war is required (although the war doesn't
contain any beans, only uses beans from a jar module). So the app now deploys
:). Still some user-friendly errors with a hint that beans.xml may be missing
could be useful (another common error is putting the beans.xml in the / of a
jar, not in META-INF, as for example in the demo app).
But the good thing is, deployment is possible :)
