Described on project front page "Combined JAR (API & implementation)" doesn't
exists in repository.
Maven tries to download it from
http://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public-jboss//org/jboss/seam/security/seam-security/
but this place is empty.
"Individual JARs" works ok.
