Unify examples' maven profiles

Maven descriptors for examples should use the same format/conventions/names
across the modules. Currently different modules use different profile names
(jboss-remote-6 versus jbossas-remote-6). Additionally modules don't support
the same target containers.
We should define ftest profiles in seam parent and reuse them in the examples
(remember to change readme if needed). We could probably also merge integration
test profiles (the incontainer ones) with ftest profiles.
