JCR Events are managed through the ObservationManager interface on each
workspace. We should provide an EventListener implementation that can bind JCR
Events to CDI Events (e.g. fire a new JCR Event whenever the event listener
receives a new event). We should make this binding occur very generically,
including ways for app developers to denote the binding.
