Set up Hudson Jobs for Seam Validation

Now that the Seam Validation module is established it would be great to have
Hudson CI Jobs set up for it.
According to http://seamframework.org/Seam3/BuildJobs and
http://seamframework.org/Seam3/ModuleInfrastructure#H-HudsonBuild there should
be three Jobs:
* Seam-3.X-validation-CI
* Seam-3.X-validation-nightly
* Seam-3.x-validation-documentation
For the documentation job the directory structure
/docs_htdocs/seam/3/validation/snapshot/reference
/docs_htdocs/seam/3/validation/snapshot/api
needs to be established at [email protected]
The CI job should also be published on the [Seam 3 project
dashboard|http://seamframework.org/Seam3/Status].
