The version of cdi-api artifact is specified explicitly, instead of using
version from javaee bom. There is a note "<!-- Override CDI/Weld version until
tests are upgraded -->" at
https://github.com/seam/config/blob/master/pom.xml#L47
To resolved the bug, verify that tests pass with the latest version (SP4),
upgrade the tests if needed and remove the explicit version information.
