Currently, the readme says:
"Before running the application, you need to make a change to the persistence
unit configuration. Uncomment the eclipselink.* properties in the following
file: src/main/resources/META-INF/persistence.xml"
To be consistent with other examples, we should instead provide a build profile
that bundles the correct persistence.xml for glassfish.
(mvn clean package -Pglassfish)
