This API should align with the "http redirect" proposal in SEAMFACES-196 and
SEAMSERVLET-44.
Perhaps the navigator element could encompass the proposed FacesManager
functionality from SEAMFACES-196, and delegate "http redirects" to
SEAMSERVLET-44.
