AttributeManager does not contain some implementations like
-findUserByUniqueAttribute - findIdentityObjectByUniqueAttribute -
getAttributesMetaData - getSupportedAttributeNames - getIdentityObjectsCount
and several others.
So we can not use IdentityAttribute entity as much as we want.
