Seam UI uses Richfaces CDK 4 for generating taglib and faces-config.xml for all
Seam JSF tags.
We found that cases when some definitions are on UI component in anotations and
some in XML fragments CDK can't merge them successfully. This is confirmed with
Richfaces team that UI component annotation overtakes/overwrites XML fragments.
We should move from XML completely.
