I noticed the posted stack trace containing a manual redirect using
`Redirect.instance()`.
This here is a different stack trace of a GET request without redirecting:

Here, of course, beforeRedirect() is not called but the stack trace falls
together with the other one in {{Manager.createConversationEntry()}}.
