Does it have full bootloader fastboot mode or are you flashing through recovery? If you are going through the recovery image then you'll need to make sure that you are using our recovery image mods. Our mods ensure that the system remains in a labeled state. > Now, im using only libselinux and sepolicy from bitbucket seandroid, all > other stuff is from CM repos. Could this be a problem? You might want to make sure you also are using our 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 branch mods in that case. Are you building the source code with HAVE_SELINUX=true? As for the other projects, you could encounter issues. Your present issue is that the system image isn't being labeled and/or mounted properly. I would consider merging in our other changes from 4.1.1 or 4.1.2.
