The sdcard is vfat, and only supports 1 context for the whole filesystem. You could implement your own fusefs to replace the sdcard mount point and use libselinux to arbitrate file accesses to the actual sdcard located at a new mount point and only accessible to the fusefs, but that's not exactly a trivial task.
