Yes I had tried this in the first place.
But still it is unable to label the directories and files properly.

Its says"Unable to set contexts :Read-only file system"

Define file_contexts entries for /test and /test/xyz and then call restorecon 
/test and restorecon /test/xyz (or just restorecon_recursive /test) from your 
init.<board>.rc file.
