According to IBM, the technology, dubbed FICON, means users can increase storage data throughput by about six-times the current rate and allows Shark servers to connect directly to storage area networks (SANs). In the literature, I found that we can not use CESN to sign-on. How is it possible to execute a transaction without log-on to the system? How to ensure that a transaction is available for only a set of user-ids on the mainframe through web interface? Can someone give sample code etc?" Ultimately, the MEMS-based storage would offer faster access times at lower costs than existing disk-drive technology provides. Hundreds of thousands of people have downloaded the preventative patch Microsoft has issued for its server software. While Code Red launches a denial-of-service attack, its real threat to most users is its ability to slow down the Internet. In seeking out other computers' servers to degrade, the worm can bog down the Net with extraneous data requests, slowing sites to a near-halt.
