I want to set up a two-period service class for DDF transactions, but

HOW CAN I RUN ISPF DSLIST IN BATCH? | by Mark Zelden

Is there a way in batch (JCL) to produce the output the same as given
by view/browse in Dslist on-line, e.g. Name, Size, Created, Changed,
ID, Size etc member1...etc? This information would be very useful as
input to DFSORT etc.

USING CICS LINK FROM COBOL BATCH PROGRAM TO CALL CICS PROGRAM | by
Jim Keohane

I am using the CICS LINK from a COBOL batch program to call a COBOL
CICS program (EXCI call). I pass a commarea via this LINK. I am able
to use the commarea data in the CICS program. However, when I change
the Commarea data in the CICS program and return control back to the
batch program, I do not see the data changes in the batch program.

Is there a way to get around this? Is it possible the call is by
value and not by reference?
