For those of you who missed "Good Morning America" today, the invention is a battery-powered scooter. The Segway Human Transporter, the new name for the secret formerly known as Ginger, won't even wobble thanks to a bunch of gyroscopes and computers. It can hit top speeds of 17 miles per hour and gets killer gas mileage because it doesn't use any petro. The scooter is being touted as THE way to go in polluted, crowded inner cities. A fully-loaded model will run about $3,000 -- that includes a permanent sunroof.
