Those Goliaths could save themselves armloads of cash if they took a cue from a couple of Davids. Two telecoms in New Zealand, TeamTalk Ltd. and MCS Digital Inc., couldn't come to terms on access to a mobile radio network. The case was headed to court until the CEOs of both firms decided to roll up their sleeves and settle the matter like men -- in a best-of-three arm-wrestling match. TeamTalk didn't have the muscle to "walk the walk" and had to fork out about $112,000, but its defeated CEO said that his sore arm would have hurt a lot more if he had been forced to write checks to lawyers. >> CLICK: http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml;jsessionid=VSRDNVRADPNUACRBAEOCFFA?type=oddlyEnoughNews&storyID=2354726 ____________________________________________________________________ ****************** SEARCH390.COM CONTACTS ************************* MARK BRUNELLI, Site Editor (mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]) >> Send us your original articles and best practices.
