A SNEAKY AR TCB QUEUE SOLUTION | CICS expert

I have a question about an intentional delay we have in a long
running transaction in CICS. Currently, the methods I know of to do
this is with an EXEC CICS SUSPEND or an EXEC CICS DELAY. The DELAY
has a minimum of one second that causes the queue of records it
processes to become too long. However, if I use SUSPEND the queue
catches up but the transaction consumes too much of the CPU. Do you
know any way to cause CICS to wait for a time period of less than one
second?

THE MISSING LINK | Workers get fired, employers get probed

New research from the American Management Association, Clearswift and
the ePolicy Institute finds that one in five U.S. companies have
fired an employee for abusing corporate e-mail accounts. But workers
aren't the only ones getting flamed. According to the report, some
14% of all organizations have been ordered to turn over copies of
e-mail to a court or regulatory body. Looking for loopholes? Even
while the monitoring of Internet-bound e-mail is near ubiquitous --
90% of companies do it -- only 19% of businesses keep an eye on
internal e-mail, which remains the most likely sort to get people in
a snit, or a lawsuit. (The Register)
