How about "Show me the happiness!" IT workers may be considered white-collar professionals, and they may cash bigger paychecks than many in the work force, but that doesn't necessarily translate into grins and giggles. In fact, according to a recent "happiness index" developed by a British research firm, only 14% of IT workers are happy on the job. "Vocational workers," including chefs, florists and plumbers, are much more satisfied. The most miserable bunch, you ask? Journalists.
