Our department charges other departments for system resources to recover costs of operation. A new survey finds Denmark to be the Web-savviest country on the planet. How did the Danes get such high marks? Mostly because the government went wwwild and put together a huge Web portal that makes it easier for citizens to access government services. Britain finished as the second-savviest nation, followed by last year's winner Sweden, then Norway and Finland.
