A memory problem has triggered a three-month delay in IBM's JS20 server, a system at the center of three major strategies in Big Blue's server group.

IBM's certifies DB2 on NEC's AzuzA server

IBM has certified its x86 variant of the DB2 database for Windows and Linux to run on NEC's Itanium-based, high-end AzuzA Express/5800 servers. IBM is, according to NEC officials, using the AzuzA server internally as the platform to build and test Itanium versions of its own database. Could there be more to this partnership than meets the eye?

Paul thinks absolute PowerPoint confuses absolutely. You get the feeling he's suffered through at a lot of whiz-bang slides and charts that looked cool but were so confusing they would make Pythagoras pop a Pepcid. Peggy isn't so much the PowerPoint party pooper. She's obviously a recovering overhead projector user who is grateful that those transparencies and messy black pencils are out of her life forever.
