The Missing Link

Men -- masters of the search domains
[vnunet.com]
Men may be loath to ask for directions when they're behind the wheel. But get them behind a mouse, and they don't need any help, thank you very much. More than half of the men in a Yahoo poll could find what they needed online in less than a minute. Nearly 20% of the women took 10 minutes or more to find what they needed -- evidently a lot more women get distracted when they surf. Some analysts tried to explain Yahoo's findings by invoking "left side of the brain" versus "right side of the brain" arguments, but the truth is that years of training on the remote control have helped make man the master of the Googleverse.
